National Services Te Paerangi (NSTP) works in partnership with museums, galleries and iwi around Aotearoa | New Zealand, offering a range of practical and strategic programmes aimed at strengthening the sector. We are looking for a resource and content expert who is experienced in working with iwi, hapū and whānau and has a firm understanding of the Mana Taonga principle that Te Papa upholds. The Kaitohutohu Rauemi | Resource and Content Advisor is an integral part of the team, and a vital link with the broader museum community.

You will be experienced in writing compelling press releases, developing e-newsletters, updating our website, and keeping stakeholders engaged and informed via updates on a range of social media portals such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

A significant project for this role is leading the redevelopment of the NZMuseums website therefore recent experience leading a website project is essential.  A good working knowledge of museums and galleries is vital and your experience with managing printing projects would also be a distinct advantage.

This position is the perfect opportunity for someone who wishes to combine their communications, online content management and resource development skills with their knowledge of museums and galleries.
